As an NDIS-registered provider, we make starting with us straightforward. When you or your Support Coordinator get in touch, our team asks a short set of questions about you and your plan, then matches you with the right therapist and books your first visit — usually confirmed within 48 hours.

Whether your plan is self-managed, plan-managed, or agency (NDIS) managed, we can work with it. There's nothing to fill out in advance — the details below are simply what's helpful to have ready so your first call goes smoothly.

We take a few details

A team member asks about your plan, your goals, and the service you need so we can match you with the right therapist.

We book your visit

We schedule a time that suits you and confirm your first appointment, usually within 48 hours.

What we'll ask you

Your name and contact details (and your Support Coordinator's, if you have one)
Your NDIS number
Your NDIS plan start and end dates
Your funding category (for example, improved daily living or improved health and wellbeing)
How your plan is managed — self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIS-managed
Whether you're a new or existing client
The service you're after — mobile physiotherapy, exercise physiology, hydrotherapy, and more
Any relevant medical history, safety considerations, or interpreter needs
Whether a written report is required for your plan
