Aged Care Physiotherapy
Falls prevention, balance and mobility support for older adults, delivered at home across North Brisbane and Moreton Bay — so you can stay steady on your feet in the home you know.
As we get older, small changes in strength, balance and confidence can make everyday things — getting up from a chair, managing stairs, walking to the letterbox — feel a lot less certain. Our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists work with you at home to build strength, improve balance and reduce your risk of a fall, without the trip to a clinic.
Every visit is one-on-one, in the home you already know, with equipment brought to you. We take the time a proper assessment needs, then build a program around your goals — whether that's staying steady in the shower, getting back to the garden, or simply feeling more confident on your feet.
How we can help
Every program is built around your own goals and starting point.
Falls prevention and balance
Assessment of your balance and fall risk, with a graded exercise program to build stability and confidence.
Strength and mobility
Hands-on treatment and exercise to keep you moving well — getting in and out of chairs, managing stairs, walking further.
Post-hospital recovery
A graded plan to rebuild strength and independence after a hospital stay, fall or health setback.
Ongoing exercise programs
Regular sessions to maintain strength and mobility over time, not just a one-off assessment.
Getting started is straightforward
Call us or request a visit and a real person will talk you through what to expect. There's no referral needed for private patients, and DVA clients are bulk billed — with a fixed $49.99 travel fee either way, no matter the distance.
Questions people ask us
Do I need a referral?
Private patients don't need one. DVA or Medicare clients need a GP referral to be covered — we bulk bill DVA clients.
Which suburbs do you visit?
We cover a large part of North Brisbane and Moreton Bay. Call 1300 895 169 and we'll tell you straight away if we can reach you.
How do I make an appointment?
Use the contact form on our website and a team member will call within 24 hours, or call us directly to book a session.
What are the payment methods?
Cash and card are accepted on the day. DVA clients are invoiced directly through their case officer.
What equipment do you have?
Our team carries all the equipment needed to deliver a comprehensive service in the comfort of your own home.
What should I wear?
Light, comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
What happens during a consultation?
A comprehensive assessment and treatment during the session, which may include massage, joint mobilisation and exercise prescription, followed by a detailed home exercise program.
When do I pay?
Either before or after your consultation, whichever is easier for you.
Can I use my private health fund card and just pay the gap?
No — private health rebates need to be claimed online after your invoice is paid. We don't have a health-fund terminal for on-the-spot gap payments.
